YOLA Site Conductor in Los Angeles

We are looking for an experienced YOLA Site Conductor to join our team in Los Angeles. The YOLA Site Conductor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the YOLA program at the designated site. This includes providing instruction and guidance to students, managing the site’s budget, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction and guidance to students in the YOLA program

• Manage the site’s budget and ensure that all expenses are within the allocated budget

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants

• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents

• Develop and implement strategies to improve student performance

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress

• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the program

• Attend staff meetings and other events as required

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Music Education or related field

• Previous experience working with youth in a music education setting

• Knowledge of music theory and performance techniques

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to work flexible hours

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation:

This position pays $50 per hour.
