VIP Host – The Wiltern, Los Angeles

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic VIP Host to join our team at The Wiltern in Los Angeles. The VIP Host will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our VIP guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome VIP guests upon arrival

• Provide information about the venue and upcoming events

• Assist with seating arrangements and ticketing

• Ensure VIP guests have a pleasant and enjoyable experience

• Respond to any inquiries or requests from VIP guests

• Monitor VIP areas to ensure safety and security

• Assist with any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work nights and weekends

• Knowledge of the local area and attractions

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Must be 21 years of age or older
