Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Personal Shopper to join our team at Sam’s in Glendora. The Personal Shopper will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers by helping them select the best products for their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with assistance in selecting the best products for their needs

• Provide customers with product information and advice

• Ensure that customers are aware of current promotions and discounts

• Assist customers with product returns and exchanges

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

• Ensure that shelves are stocked and products are properly displayed

• Assist with inventory management and restocking

• Process customer payments

• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in retail or customer service

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Flexible schedule

Compensation:

This position pays $18 – $25 an hour.
