Urban Outfitters Sales Associate – Pasadena

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at our Urban Outfitters store in Pasadena. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a desire to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience

• Assist customers in selecting items that meet their needs

• Answer customer questions and provide product information

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a neat and organized store environment

• Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise

• Assist in maintaining store security

• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness

• Assist in other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Compensation:

• $16.11 per hour
