Translator/Interpreter (Spanish)
Job Description
We are looking for a Translator/Interpreter (Spanish) to join our team in Pasadena. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely translations and interpretations of Spanish language documents and conversations.
Responsibilities:
• Translate written documents from Spanish to English and vice versa
• Interpret conversations between Spanish and English speakers
• Ensure accuracy and clarity of translations
• Provide cultural advice and guidance
• Maintain confidentiality of all documents and conversations
• Research and stay up to date on language trends and changes
• Assist with other language-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Spanish culture and customs
• Previous experience as a translator/interpreter is preferred
Compensation:
This position pays $40 per hour.
