Teller Part Time (Bilingual Spanish) – San Gabriel Valley, Alhambra
We are looking for a part-time Teller to join our team in the San Gabriel Valley, Alhambra. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
• Cross-sell bank products and services
• Follow all bank policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
