Telephone Operator, Part Time – Evenings/Nights

Location: Glendale, CA

Pay:

We are looking for a part-time Telephone Operator to join our team in Glendale. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work evenings and nights.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Provide accurate information to callers

• Transfer calls to the appropriate department or personnel

• Take messages and relay them to the appropriate personnel

• Monitor and respond to voicemails

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues

• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met

• Maintain a log of all calls

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a customer service role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work evenings and nights

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
