Job Description:
We are looking for a Technology Services Support professional to join our team in Lancaster, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring that all technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
The Technology Services Support professional will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. They will also be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, responding to customer inquiries, and providing technical advice and guidance.
The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks. They must also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
