Job Description:

We are looking for a Camera Prep Technician to join our team in Van Nuys. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing cameras and related equipment for use in film and television production.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and test cameras and related equipment to ensure they are in proper working order.

• Clean and maintain cameras and related equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair cameras and related equipment as needed.

• Set up and configure cameras and related equipment for use in production.

• Ensure that all cameras and related equipment are properly labeled and stored.

• Maintain accurate records of all camera and related equipment.

• Assist with the loading and unloading of camera and related equipment.

• Follow safety protocols when handling and operating cameras and related equipment.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in camera prep or related field.

• Knowledge of camera and related equipment.

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair cameras and related equipment.

• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
