Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Associate to join our team at Starlink in Hawthorne. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
• Provide technical advice and guidance to customers
• Document customer interactions and technical issues
• Monitor customer accounts and provide updates
• Assist with product installation and setup
• Maintain customer records and update customer information
• Assist with product training and customer onboarding
• Assist with product testing and quality assurance
• Assist with customer service initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in technical support
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to work remotely
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of $27 per hour.
