Target Security Specialist – Baldwin Park

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Target Security Specialist to join our team in Baldwin Park. The Security Specialist will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our customers and team members. The Security Specialist will be responsible for monitoring the store, responding to security incidents, and providing customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the store for suspicious activity and respond to security incidents

• Provide customer service to guests and team members

• Assist with loss prevention initiatives

• Maintain a safe and secure environment

• Assist with investigations and provide reports

• Monitor CCTV and other security systems

• Respond to emergency situations

• Assist with crowd control

• Provide security escorts

• Assist with store audits

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous security experience preferred

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to work flexible hours

• Must be able to pass a background check
