Supervisor Provisioning – LAX
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor Provisioning to join our team in Los Angeles. The Supervisor Provisioning will be responsible for overseeing the provisioning of services to our customers in the Los Angeles area.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the provisioning of services to customers in the Los Angeles area.
• Ensure that all services are provided in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor customer service levels and take corrective action when necessary.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service.
• Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action.
• Ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Ensure that all customer inquiries are answered in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Ensure that all customer accounts are up to date and accurate.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer service trends and take corrective action when necessary.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure that all vendor and supplier contracts are up to date and accurate.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve vendor and supplier relationships.
• Monitor vendor and supplier performance and take corrective action when necessary.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments.
• Ensure that all internal processes are up to date and accurate.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve internal processes.
• Monitor internal performance and take corrective action when necessary.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
• Ensure that all external stakeholders are kept informed of developments.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve external stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor external stakeholder performance and take corrective action when necessary.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of customer service best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of $32.32 per hour.
