Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at our Starbucks location in La Cañada Flintridge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks

• Follow health and safety guidelines for all products

• Receive and process customer payments

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Provide excellent customer service

• Follow all Starbucks operational policies and procedures

• Assist with stocking and inventory

• Follow all food safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista

• Knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• Ability to work flexible hours
