Salary: $39,900 – $66,500
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Shipping/Receiving Coordinator 2 to join our team in Woodland Hills. The Shipping/Receiving Coordinator 2 will be responsible for the efficient and accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of products. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming products
• Ensure accuracy of shipments and deliveries
• Prepare and package products for shipment
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in shipping/receiving
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
