Service Team Member

Location: Manhattan Beach, CA

Pay: $18.03/hour

We are looking for a Service Team Member to join our team in Manhattan Beach. The Service Team Member will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, as well as performing a variety of tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the store.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

• Assist customers with product selection and answer any questions they may have

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

• Stock shelves and maintain store displays

• Maintain a clean and organized store

• Assist with store opening and closing procedures

• Assist with inventory management and restocking

• Follow all safety and security protocols

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
