SC Invoice Coordinator -Van Nuys, CA (Entry Level)
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Invoice Coordinator to join our team in Van Nuys, CA. The Invoice Coordinator will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying accuracy of invoices, and ensuring timely payment of invoices. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Verify accuracy of invoices and ensure all required information is included
• Follow up with vendors and customers to ensure timely payment of invoices
• Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in accounts payable or invoice processing preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
This position pays $22.73 – $25.13 an hour.
