Sample Management Technician (Part-Time, Days)

Location: Reseda, CA

Pay: $18.14/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time Sample Management Technician to join our team in Reseda, CA. The Sample Management Technician will be responsible for the collection, storage, and distribution of samples for laboratory testing. The Technician will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sample collection and storage.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and store samples for laboratory testing

• Ensure samples are properly labeled and stored in accordance with laboratory protocols

• Maintain accurate records of sample collection and storage

• Monitor sample inventory and order additional supplies as needed

• Assist with laboratory testing as needed

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a laboratory setting preferred

• Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
