Sales Associate

Bell is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building relationships with customers, and helping to drive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide knowledgeable and helpful advice to customers

• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs

• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

• Assist in maintaining store inventory

• Participate in store promotions and events

• Follow all company policies and procedures

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous retail sales experience preferred

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
