Sales Associate – Stonewood Center

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at Stonewood Center in Downey. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and helping to maintain the store’s appearance.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide assistance with their shopping needs

• Answer customer questions and provide product information
• Assist customers with locating items in the store
• Process customer transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
• Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and cleaning
• Assist with inventory management and restocking
• Assist with promotional activities and special events
• Follow all safety and security procedures

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Compensation

This position pays $16 – $22 an hour.
