Sales Associate – Puente Hills Mall
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Puente Hills Mall. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and helping to maintain the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a passion for sales.
Job Responsibilities
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers with their purchases
• Answer customer questions and provide product information
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
• Stock shelves and restock merchandise
• Process payments and handle cash
• Monitor inventory and report any discrepancies
• Assist with store promotions and special events
• Follow all safety and security procedures
Job Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Compensation
This position pays $16 – $22 an hour.
