Route Sales Representative

Location: La Mirada, CA

Salary: $68,200/year

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Route Sales Representative to join our team in La Mirada. The Route Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and growing a designated sales territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as prospecting and acquiring new customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers

• Prospect and acquire new customers

• Manage and grow a designated sales territory

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and profitability

• Monitor customer feedback and adjust sales strategies accordingly

• Maintain accurate records of customer orders and sales

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
