We are looking for a Rooms Controller to join our team in Los Angeles. The Rooms Controller will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s guest rooms, ensuring that all rooms are clean, comfortable, and in good repair. The Rooms Controller will also be responsible for managing the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

• Manage the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor the cleanliness of the guest rooms and public areas, and take corrective action when necessary.
• Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate records of room occupancy and availability.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and other materials.
• Ensure that all housekeeping staff are properly trained and adhere to all safety and security protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
