We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team in West Hills. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for sales, and a desire to help customers find the perfect product.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect product for their needs
• Answer customer questions and provide product information
• Process customer payments and complete sales transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Assist with inventory management and restocking
• Assist with promotional activities and special events
• Follow all safety and security protocols
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
