Retail Sales Associate
Location: West Covina, CA
Pay: $15.00 – $18.22 an hour
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team in West Covina. The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and helping to maintain the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a passion for helping customers.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers with their purchases
• Answer customer questions and provide product information
• Maintain store appearance and organization
• Process payments and handle cash
• Stock shelves and restock inventory
• Assist with store promotions and events
• Follow all safety and security procedures
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
