Retail Associate
Location: Compton, CA
Pay: $15.50 – $16.00 an hour
Job Description:
We are looking for a Retail Associate to join our team in Compton, CA. The Retail Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, and assisting customers with their purchases. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a friendly and outgoing personality.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
• Assist customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and security protocols
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
