We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Associate to join our Biological Sciences team in Pomona, CA. The Research Associate will be responsible for conducting research and experiments in the field of biological sciences.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and answer research questions

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data

• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research results

• Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies

• Assist in the development of new research protocols

• Collaborate with other researchers to develop new ideas and approaches

• Participate in team meetings and other research-related activities

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or related field

• Previous research experience in a laboratory setting

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
