Regal West Covina #1030 – Floor Staff

Job Summary:

The Floor Staff at Regal West Covina #1030 is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests. This position is responsible for ensuring that the theater is clean and safe for guests, as well as providing assistance to guests with any questions or concerns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service

• Ensure that the theater is clean and safe for guests

• Assist guests with any questions or concerns
• Monitor the theater for any safety or security issues
• Ensure that all guests are following theater policies
• Assist with ticket sales and concession stand operations
• Assist with theater set up and clean up
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation:

This position pays $16.50 per hour.
