Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team in Culver City. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Manage the reception area and ensure it is kept clean and organized
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Monitor and order office supplies
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
