Job Description:
We are looking for a Receptionist/File Clerk to join our team in Glendale. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing incoming calls, filing documents, and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area
• File documents and other paperwork
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
