Receptionist
Location: Palmdale, CA
Salary: $20.20 – $24.24 an hour
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team in Palmdale, CA. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all visitors and clients, as well as managing the front desk and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
• Manage the front desk, including sorting and distributing mail, and taking messages
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area
• Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks
• Assist with other office duties as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
