Quality Assurance Specialist – USDS

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $72,200 – $144,400

Job Description:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our USDS team in Los Angeles. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services meet the highest standards.

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures

• Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards

• Identifying and resolving quality issues

• Developing and executing test plans and test cases

• Analyzing and reporting on test results

• Documenting and tracking defects

• Working with development teams to ensure quality

• Developing and maintaining quality metrics

• Training and mentoring team members

• Participating in process improvement initiatives

• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance

• Experience with automated testing tools

• Knowledge of software development life cycle

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Ability to work with a diverse team

• Ability to work with remote teams

• Ability to travel as needed
