PT Barista | Alfred Pasadena
Alfred Pasadena is looking for a part-time Barista to join our team! We are a specialty coffee shop located in Pasadena, California.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service. The Barista will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving coffee drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Greet customers and take orders
• Answer customer questions and provide information about coffee drinks
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality service
• Follow cash handling procedures
• Restock supplies and ingredients
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role
• Knowledge of coffee drinks and preparation techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
Pay: $16.04 – $17.50 an hour
