Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Part-Time Barista to join our team at Glossier Alley in West Hollywood. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee drinks and other beverages to customers

• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Take customer orders and process payments

• Provide excellent customer service

• Follow all company policies and procedures

• Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role

• Knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• Must be available to work flexible hours

Compensation:

This is a part-time position that pays $16.04 – $17.50 an hour.
