Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Mosaic – Los Angeles – Emerging Talent. This position will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing emerging talent in the Los Angeles area.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for discovering and developing new talent, as well as a strong understanding of the Los Angeles entertainment industry. The successful candidate will be able to identify and recruit emerging talent, build relationships with industry professionals, and manage the talent’s career development.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit emerging talent in the Los Angeles area

• Develop relationships with industry professionals

• Manage the talent’s career development

• Create and maintain a database of talent

• Develop and implement strategies to promote talent

• Monitor industry trends and identify potential opportunities

• Assist with the development of marketing materials

• Represent the company at industry events

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in the entertainment industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of the Los Angeles entertainment industry

• Ability to work flexible hours

Compensation:

This position pays $22.50 an hour.
