Product Queue Project Coordinator
Location: Monrovia, CA

Job Description:
We are looking for a Product Queue Project Coordinator to join our team in Monrovia. The Product Queue Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the product queue and ensuring that all products are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
The Product Queue Project Coordinator will be responsible for:
• Managing the product queue and ensuring that all products are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Working with the product team to ensure that all products are properly tested and meet the required specifications.
• Coordinating with the production team to ensure that all products are manufactured and shipped on time.
• Working with the customer service team to ensure that all customer inquiries are answered in a timely manner.
• Working with the marketing team to ensure that all products are properly promoted and marketed.
• Working with the finance team to ensure that all invoices are paid on time.
• Working with the logistics team to ensure that all products are shipped and delivered on time.
• Working with the IT team to ensure that all systems are properly maintained and updated.
• Working with the legal team to ensure that all contracts are properly drafted and executed.
• Working with the quality assurance team to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.
• Working with the sales team to ensure that all products are properly priced and sold.
• Working with the operations team to ensure that all processes are properly documented and followed.
• Working with the executive team to ensure that all projects are properly managed and completed.
• Working with the customer service team to ensure that all customer inquiries are answered in a timely manner.
• Working with the product team to ensure that all products are properly tested and meet the required specifications.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in product queue management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of project management software.
• Knowledge of product queue management software.
