Pool Host/Hostess

Location: Westlake Village, CA

Pay: $16.20 – $17.17 an hour

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and friendly Pool Host/Hostess to join our team in Westlake Village. The Pool Host/Hostess will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests at our pool facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the pool facility

• Ensure that the pool area is clean and well-maintained

• Monitor the pool area to ensure safety of guests

• Assist guests with any questions or concerns

• Ensure that all pool rules and regulations are followed

• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning

• Assist with pool equipment setup and breakdown

• Assist with pool events and activities

• Assist with pool reservations and payments

• Assist with pool supplies and inventory

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
