Physical Therapy Aide
Location: Pasadena, CA
Pay: $19.06 – $28.58 an hour
Job Description:
We are looking for a Physical Therapy Aide to join our team in Pasadena, CA. The Physical Therapy Aide will assist physical therapists in providing physical therapy treatments and procedures. The Physical Therapy Aide will also assist in preparing treatment areas, setting up equipment, and providing support to patients.
Responsibilities:
• Assist physical therapists in providing physical therapy treatments and procedures.
• Prepare treatment areas, set up equipment, and provide support to patients.
• Assist in the implementation of treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the physical therapist.
• Maintain patient records and document treatments.
• Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scheduling, and answering phones.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a physical therapy setting preferred.
• Knowledge of physical therapy treatments and procedures.
• Ability to lift and move patients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
