Pharmacy Insurance Billing & Reconciliation Specialist

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Salary: $25 – $35/hour

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Insurance Billing & Reconciliation Specialist to join our team in Beverly Hills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy insurance billing and reconciliation, as well as excellent customer service skills.

The Pharmacy Insurance Billing & Reconciliation Specialist will be responsible for:

• Verifying insurance coverage for pharmacy services and products

• Processing and submitting claims to insurance companies

• Reconciling payments from insurance companies

• Resolving any discrepancies between payments and claims

• Maintaining accurate records of all billing and reconciliation activities

• Providing excellent customer service to patients and insurance companies

• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• At least 2 years of experience in pharmacy insurance billing and reconciliation

• Knowledge of medical coding and billing procedures

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
