Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Pharmacy Customer Service Associate to join our team in Hawthorne. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our pharmacy customers, ensuring that all customer inquiries and requests are handled in a timely and professional manner.
The Pharmacy Customer Service Associate will be responsible for:
• Answering customer inquiries and providing information about products and services
• Processing customer orders and payments
• Resolving customer complaints and issues
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Updating customer information in the pharmacy database
• Assisting with inventory management and stocking shelves
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Adhering to all safety and security protocols
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a pharmacy or customer service role is preferred.
