Personal Assistant
Location: Encino, CA
Salary: $85/hour
Job Description:
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team in Encino, CA. The Personal Assistant will provide administrative and personal support to the executive team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate daily activities and schedules for the executive team
• Handle all incoming calls and emails
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
• Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
• Research and compile data for reports
• Maintain and update contact lists
• Assist with event planning and coordination
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
