Location: Burbank, CA

Salary: $72,240 – $134,160

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Partner to join our team in Burbank. The People & Culture Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent.

• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other sources of talent.

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

• Develop and implement performance management systems.

• Develop and implement training and development programs.

• Monitor and analyze employee data to identify trends and areas of improvement.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures.

• Manage employee relations issues.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees.

• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
