We are looking for a Patient Support Representative to join our team in Santa Monica. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and their families.
The Patient Support Representative will be responsible for:
• Answering incoming calls and responding to patient inquiries
• Scheduling appointments and providing information about services
• Assisting with patient registration and insurance verification
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with medical records requests
• Providing general administrative support
• Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
This position pays $26.99 – $38.66 an hour.
