Position: Patient Service Representative – Primary & Specialty Care, Porter Ranch

Location: Porter Ranch, CA

Salary: $26.99 – $38.66 per hour

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Patient Service Representative to join our Primary & Specialty Care team in Porter Ranch. The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and collecting payments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong customer service background.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner

• Verify patient insurance coverage and collect payments

• Schedule appointments and follow-up visits

• Answer patient inquiries and provide information regarding services

• Maintain patient records and update information as needed

• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance policies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
