The Patient Advocacy Coordinator – Hybrid will be responsible for:
• Assisting patients and families in navigating the healthcare system, including understanding insurance coverage, accessing resources, and advocating for their rights
• Developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders
• Educating patients and families on their rights and responsibilities
• Developing and implementing patient advocacy programs
• Developing and maintaining patient advocacy databases
• Developing and implementing patient advocacy policies and procedures
• Representing the organization at community events

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, social work, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in patient advocacy
