Part Time Teller (20 Hours) – Encino Branch – On Site in Encino

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Part Time Teller to join our team at our Encino Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing customer transactions, and providing support to the branch team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
• Cross-sell bank products and services
• Assist with opening and closing of the branch
• Follow all bank policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

This position pays $41,600 – $49,260 a year.
