Operations Associate

Location: Alhambra, CA

We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our team in Alhambra. The Operations Associate will be responsible for providing operational support to the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently.


• Manage day-to-day operations of the organization, including scheduling, ordering supplies, and coordinating with vendors

• Monitor and track operational performance metrics

• Develop and implement operational processes and procedures

• Assist with budgeting and financial planning

• Prepare reports and presentations for management

• Provide administrative support to the team

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Other duties as assigned


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

• At least 2 years of experience in operations or related field

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of budgeting and financial planning

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
