Pay: $18.25 – $30.11 an hour
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Garden Grove, CA. The Office Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and performing a variety of clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and answer incoming calls
• Sort and distribute mail
• Maintain filing systems
• Prepare and process documents
• Assist with data entry
• Maintain office supplies
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous office experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
