Member Service Representative (Part-Time) – Hawthorne

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Member Service Representative to join our team in Hawthorne. The Member Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our members and helping them with their financial needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information

• Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments

• Open and close accounts, process loan applications, and assist with other financial services

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Assist with other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in customer service or banking preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work flexible hours

Compensation

This is a part-time position that pays $22 – $26 an hour.
