Material Handler (Starlink)

Location: Hawthorne, CA

Hourly Rate: $20/hour

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to join our Starlink team in Hawthorne. The Material Handler will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and process incoming materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.

• Inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders or invoices.

• Store materials in designated areas according to established procedures.

• Pick, pack, and ship orders to customers.

• Maintain accurate records of materials received, stored, and shipped.

• Ensure that all materials are properly labeled and stored in a safe and secure manner.

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
