Maintenance Technician

Location: Montebello, CA

Pay Rate: $34.60 – $41.10 an hour

Job Description:

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Montebello. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on facility equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with facility equipment and systems.

• Perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment and systems.

• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

• Assist with other maintenance and repair tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a maintenance or repair role.

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

• Valid driver’s license.
